We have classes all throughout the week. Given that our three pillars are Faith, Fitness, and Community, our training, we are committed to fostering a community where faith in God guides our actions, fitness challenges our limits, and relationships uplift one another. By creating an environment of accountability, and encouragement, we empower each person to become the best version of themselves—inside and outside the gym.

Group Classes
Functional, high intensity, strength and conditioning training in small groups.
Nutrition Coaching
Baseline Templates for new members and more advanced coaching are both available options. (additional rates may apply)
Open Gym
Train on your own time, following our programs or something else you enjoy.
1-on-1 Training
Always an option for members, rates and availability vary by coach.
Coaching
