Meet Colin.

Colin has been a member of CrossFit Kohen since April 2022. His goal is to be able to do a handstand, we think that will happen sooner than later!

Meet Heather.

Heather has been a member of CrossFit Kohen since April 2022.

“One year since I started CrossFit Kohen. So much has changed in myself, and my family. I found God truly again and got baptized in my new church (New Life South)

  • My husband found God and got baptized, and found a new passion.

  • our beautiful son Wyatt is learning about God and fitness.

  • I have grown both spiritually, mentally and physically in this last year.

The people at CrossFit Kohen aren't just coaches, they are like family. Once you join the gym you become family. This place has no outsiders, no judgement, just people coming together and basically dying during the workout. Everyone is able to do this, I promise because they have a modification for every single workout they do. Trust me if my husband and I can do it so can you. Honestly though I did two competition in this year and got third place. & never saw that happening a year ago. I was prepping for a crazy workout called the Murph. I never saw myself do it a year ago, but now look at me. I want to say thank you to all the coaches for pushing myself and my family every time we come. Thank you for welcoming my husband like he should be every where else but isn't. Y'all are incredible and we are so lucky to have y'all in our family.

Thank you to all the CrossFit Kohen coaches!

A BIG huge shout out to Coach Trisha Schaffner, thank you for saying yes to my husband Ty that very first day! Thank you for tricking me into loving CrossFit. Thank you for pushing me past my comfort zone. Thank you for being there when my brother passed away. thank you for just being the incredible person you are.

God is so good and I can't wait to see what this next year holds for myself and my family. -Heather Bostwick
